We are excited to announce that our lab has received an Excellence in Early-Career Translational Research (EXCEL-T) Award from the American Cancer Society!
This support will enable us to investigate the immune landscape of glioblastoma brain cancer by comprehensively profiling T cell phenotypes and behavior in patient blood and tumor tissue at the OHSU Knight Cancer Institute. Together with our outstanding clinical colleagues, Sushant Puri and Matthew Wood, we aim to identify mechanisms that limit effective anti-tumor immunity and gain new insights into the systemic immune processes that characterize the disease.
